Warm-Up (0:00 - 0:05)

Before we dive into the choreography, let's get those muscles warm and ready to dance! Start with a simple arm circle, holding your arms straight out to the sides. Make small circles with your hands for 5 seconds.

Section 1: Bouncy Moves (0:05 - 0:20)

Move 1: Bouncy Step (0:05 - 0:10)

  • Start with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your weight evenly distributed between both feet.
  • Take a small step to the right with your right foot, keeping your left foot in place.
  • As you step, bend your knees slightly and lower your body down slightly.
  • Quickly return to the starting position and repeat on the left side.

Move 2: Chest Pop (0:10 - 0:15)

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your weight evenly distributed between both feet.
  • Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, pop your chest out to the right, keeping your arms relaxed.
  • Hold for a second, then return to the starting position.
  • Repeat on the left side.

Move 3: Hip Swivel (0:15 - 0:20)

  • Stand with your feet together, with your weight evenly distributed between both feet.
  • Swivel your hips to the right, keeping your upper body still.
  • Hold for a second, then return to the starting position.
  • Repeat on the left side.

Section 2: Groovy Moves (0:20 - 0:40)

Move 4: Arm Waves (0:20 - 0:25)

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your weight evenly distributed between both feet.
  • Hold your arms straight out to the sides, palms facing down.
  • Wave your arms up and down, keeping your elbows straight.

Move 5: Shoulder Rolls (0:25 - 0:30)

  • Repeat for 5 seconds.

Move 6: Knee Lifts (0:30 - 0:35)

  • Lift your right knee up towards your chest, keeping your foot flexed.
  • Hold for a second, then lower back down.
  • Repeat on the left side.

Section 3: Finishing Moves (0:35 - 1:00)

Move 7: Clap and Pose (0:35 - 0:40)

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your weight evenly distributed between both feet.
  • Clap your hands together twice, then strike a pose, freezing in place for a second.

Move 8: Final Spin (0:40 - 1:00)

  • Stand with your feet together, with your weight evenly distributed between both feet.
  • Spin around in a circle, taking small steps to the right.
  • End with your feet together, freezing in place for a final pose.
