Warm-up (10 seconds)
- Start with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms relaxed by your sides.
- Bounce your knees slightly and swing your arms to the front and back.
Count 1-8: Hip Bump
- Take a small step to the right with your right foot.
- Bump your right hip out to the right, keeping your arms still.
- Bring your right foot back to the starting position.
- Repeat on the left side, stepping out with your left foot and bumping your left hip out to the left.
Count 9-16: Chest Pop
- Take a small step forward with your right foot.
- Pop your chest out to the front, keeping your arms still.
- Bring your right foot back to the starting position.
- Repeat on the left side, stepping forward with your left foot and popping your chest out to the front.
Count 17-24: Arm Waves
- Hold your arms straight out to the sides, palms facing upwards.
- Wave your arms up and down, keeping your upper body still.
- Repeat for the entire 8 counts.
Count 25-32: Shimmy
- Shimmy your shoulders up and down, keeping your hips still.
- Hold for 2 counts, then release.
- Repeat for the entire 8 counts.
Freeze (2 seconds)
- Hold your final position, freezing in place for 2 seconds.
