Bridesmaids 2 Movie Cast: What We Know So Far
While there has been much talk about a sequel to the smash hit comedy "Bridesmaids," there's been no official confirmation from the studio or any of the actors. As of today, there's no official cast list for a "Bridesmaids 2," and any rumors should be taken with a grain of salt.
The Original Bridesmaids Cast
Let's take a look at the cast of the first movie, and what they've been up to:
- Kristen Wiig: The hilarious and relatable Annie, Wiig has continued to be a force in comedy with roles in "Ghostbusters" (2016), "Wonder Woman 1984" (2020), and her latest film, "Barbarian" (2022).
- Maya Rudolph: The free-spirited and supportive Lillian, Rudolph has become a household name through her work on "Saturday Night Live" and her recurring role in "Brooklyn Nine-Nine."
- Rose Byrne: Helen, the ever-so-slightly competitive and intimidating bridesmaid, has starred in numerous films including "Insidious" (2010), "Spy" (2015), and "Peter Rabbit" (2018).

Will there be a Bridesmaids 2?
If and when there is a "Bridesmaids 2," it would be great to see the original cast reprise their roles. However, with the busy schedules of each actor, getting everyone back together for a sequel could be a challenge.
